Teaching with Lids and Snack Containers

I turned these Dollar Tree snack containers into a fun educational game for children. First I took a soldering iron with a round tip and plugged it in. Warning this gets really hot!

Then I decided to put a hole in each container so the children could not suction the containers to their face.

Once I did this it looked like this

This entire DIY took me less then 10 minutes to make. I can use this DIY to teach shapes, small motor skills or play a hidden object, shape or word game. If you think of any other ideas that could be used for teaching please leave a comment below.
